The 2009 Environmental Compliance Conference was held November 5th, 2009, at the Lambton Golf and Country Club, in Toronto. The conference focused on two environmental issues in Ontario: the proposed amendments to Ontario Regulation 153/04 and Brownfield's redevelopment; and the Waste Diversion Act -- extended producer responsibility and Zero Waste initiatives.
The conference drew a wide spectrum of attendees with interests in the environment industry. The day was capped off with panel discussion on the Green Energy Act.
